Questions
- Are my files uploaded anywhere?
- No. Every tool on this site runs entirely inside your browser using JavaScript — your file is never uploaded to a server, because there is no server. You can confirm it by opening your browser’s network tab, or by disconnecting from the internet once the page has loaded: the tool still works.
- What is the difference between extracting and splitting?
- Extracting gives you one new file containing just the pages you picked. Splitting breaks the whole document into several files at once.
- Can I extract pages in a different order?
- Yes. The output follows the order you select the pages in, so you can reorder while extracting.
- Is the original file changed?
- No. Extracting creates a new document and leaves your original exactly as it was.
