Mobile App Privacy Policy

Quicky PDF is made by Round Social LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Delaware, United States, with its business address at 169 Madison Ave STE 38170, New York, NY 10016, United States.

The app has no accounts, no servers and no analytics. It does not send your documents, images, signatures, file names or usage information anywhere.

There is no tracking, no advertising identifier and no crash reporting. We receive nothing about how you use the app, which means we also cannot see your files even if you ask us to.

Every editing tool — merging, splitting, rotating, page numbers, watermarks, cropping, signing, compressing and converting — runs on your device, and the app works with the network switched off.

On iPhone and iPad, scanning uses Apple’s built-in document scanner, which is part of iOS.

On Android, scanning uses Google’s ML Kit document scanner, which is delivered and updated through Google Play Services rather than being built into this app. The scanning screen and the page detection therefore run inside Google Play Services on your device, not inside Quicky PDF.

Your pages are processed on the device in both cases, and we do not receive them. Google’s handling of that component is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

Photos: so you can pick images to turn into a PDF, or choose a signature image. The app only reads the images you select.

Camera: so you can photograph pages with the document scanner or the manual camera. Captures go straight into your PDF.

Files: so you can open PDFs you choose. The app only sees files you pick yourself.

You can decline any of these. Declining only disables the feature that needs it.

Documents you create are saved in the app’s own folder on your device and appear in the Files tab. On iPhone and iPad that folder is also browsable under “Quicky PDF” in Apple’s Files app, so you can get at your documents without going through us.

Because those files live in the app’s documents folder, they are included in your device’s normal backups if you have iCloud or computer backups switched on. That backup is between you, your device and Apple or Google — it does not involve us and we cannot see it.

When you open a document, the app also keeps a temporary working copy so it can edit it safely. Those copies live in the cache and are not backed up. You can remove them at any time with “Clear working files” in Settings; your saved files are left untouched.

Deleting the app removes everything it stored on the device, including saved and working files.

To display pages, the app uses a PDF renderer that ships inside the app itself. It is not loaded from the internet and it cannot navigate to any website. Your document is passed to it locally on your device.

If you tap Share, your device’s standard share sheet opens and you choose where the file goes — for example Mail, Messages, or another app.

That transfer is yours, not ours. Once a file reaches another app or service, that app’s own privacy policy applies to it. We are not involved in and cannot see that transfer.

Quicky PDF is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. Because we collect no data at all, we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the updated version ships with an app update and the date at the top of this screen changes. Because the app collects nothing, we have no way to notify you directly.
