Quicky PDF is made by Round Social LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Delaware, United States, with its business address at 169 Madison Ave STE 38170, New York, NY 10016, United States.

Word, Excel and PowerPoint conversions are the exception to everything below, and we would rather say so first than bury it. Converting those formats faithfully needs a real office engine, which cannot run in a browser, so those six tools — Word to PDF, PDF to Word, Excel to PDF, PDF to Excel, PowerPoint to PDF and PDF to PowerPoint — send your file to a converter we run.

What happens to it there: it is written to memory rather than to a disk, converted, and deleted the instant the result is sent back to you. It is never stored, never backed up, and never used for anything else. The converter handles one document at a time and is discarded afterwards, so your file is never in the same place as anyone else’s.

Its contents are never logged. The converter’s own diagnostic output is discarded rather than recorded, specifically because an office engine prints fragments of a document it cannot parse — which would otherwise put pieces of your file into a log. Your file name is not sent either; the upload is labelled generically.

Every other tool on this site behaves exactly as the next section describes, and sends nothing anywhere.

Every tool other than those six — merge, split, remove and extract pages, organise, rotate, page numbers, watermark, crop, sign, compress, fill forms, compare, redact, repair, and both image conversions — runs as JavaScript inside the page you are looking at.

When you drop a file onto one of them, the browser reads it into memory in your own tab, rearranges it there, and hands the result back as a download. There is no upload step at all. We never receive your file, so we cannot read it, store it, or hand it to anyone else.

You can verify this rather than take our word for it: open your browser’s network tab and watch while you use one, or disconnect from the internet once the page has loaded. They keep working — which is exactly how you can tell them apart from the six conversions above, which cannot.

There are no accounts, so there is nothing to sign up for and no email address to give us.

There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising identifier and no crash reporting on this site. We do not set cookies. We cannot tell you how many people used a particular tool, because we do not measure it.

If you switch between the light and dark theme, that single choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site does not forget it on your next visit.

It never leaves your device and it is not linked to you in any way — it is one word, either “light” or “dark”. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, their servers handle the request your browser makes for the page itself, and standard technical information is processed as part of delivering it — such as your IP address, the page requested, your browser type and the time of the request.

That is the ordinary mechanics of loading a web page, and it applies to every site you visit. It concerns the page request, not your documents: your files are never part of any request, because they are never sent.

We do not combine this with anything else, and we do not use it to build a profile of you. Vercel processes it as our hosting provider under their own privacy terms.

Files you produce are saved by your browser to wherever it puts downloads. From that point they are ordinary files on your device and this policy no longer governs them — if you go on to email or upload one somewhere, that service’s own policy applies.

This is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. Because we collect nothing, we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the updated version is published here and the date at the top of this page changes. Because we have no way to contact you, there is no notification — checking this page is the only mechanism.

This policy covers the website only. The Quicky PDF app for iOS and Android is a separate product with different mechanics — it stores files on your device, asks for camera and photo permissions, and on Android uses Google’s document scanner — so it has its own policy at /app-privacy.
